In this podcast, Fr. Shane Varghese, C.Ss.R. tells us the Good News of Advent is that God is with us, God is closest to us in our pain! In Christ, God has left the glory of heaven to show that He cares for us! God’s love is greater than our brokenness! God’s love is unconditional, available for us and it is powerful to save!
ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Fr. Shane Varghese, C.Ss.R. is the present Prefect of Theology Students at Mt. St. Alphonsus. He has a post-graduate degree in Counselling Psychology from Canada and is teaching Counselling and Spiritual Direction to clerical students. He was formerly the vicar to the Superior of the Vice-Province of Majella and the parish priest of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Chembur, Mumbai. He is a popular preacher of the Word of God and youth minister too.
