Joshua "Kobayashi" Johnston, Founder of Hydra, joins Landon on the show to talk about what it is like exiting a company, how he's approaching coaching and consulting, and the ins and outs of lead gen.

 

From 2018 to 2020, Josh was the COO for Welling Media. During that time he was able to help build systems and infrastructure to continue the agency's rapid growth. Through that time he learned most agencies were neglecting systems that allow them to grow quickly.

 

Today, Josh is consulting with various agencies in the U.S. and Europe to help them scale their revenues, teams, and profits.
