Rakuten Symphony acquired Robin.io, fast growing player in Kubernetes, in 2022. Robin.io was a pioneer of Cloud Native Storage and Platform. The company just participated to the recent 48th edition of The IT Press Tour dedicated to Kubernetes and DevOps in California. It was the opportunity to discuss with Partha Seetala, founder of Robin.io, a company we met a few times during the pandemic but online, to learn more about the product line but also the new strategy now within Rakuten. We spoke about the genesis of the project, the "new" strategy of the company, how product work, Kubernetes of course, go to market and pricing and we conclude with a thing key element about the future. Enjoy this episode. Thank you Partha.
