8 grosses tomates évidées
pour la farce : 500 gr de viande hachée (chair à saucisse ou boeuf ou veau...), 1 oignon, 1 gousse d'ail pressé, 1 branche de thym, un peu de mie de pain trempée dans la chair à tomate mixée avec une pointe d'huile d'olive, sel, poivre
