#2 Relations toxiques ?

Play
Episode 2
24 min / Published

There is no English version of this episode? I like the idea of taking responsibilities by changing the wording. To my understanding, is your approach here more from psychological perspective? and you used the corresponding terms in yoga and ayuveda to better elaborate the approach?

Hello ,

There is no English version of this episode

The idea is always to get out of the victim mentality as we give our power away by doing this.

The only way forward for us in any relationship is to recognize the part of us that resonates with the pattern then we have power to change it and find a creative solution .
Sometimes the solution might be to take distance  sometimes the solution comes from within the relationship as our perspective  is changing

But the main point here is to respect our capacity to digest reality as this is what might create toxicity : maintaining a situation that we cannot digest …

I don’t know if I would call this approach psychological . It is Ayurvedic or yogic psychology maybe :))

have a nice day 🙂
