Harriet survived after her best friend and she were hit by a vehicle traveling at more than 100 mph on a 40 mph road. They were waiting for a bus on a night out. Harriet survived, but was in a bad way. The chance of surviving being hit by a car at 40 mph is around 1%, but Harriet survived. After waking from a coma and slowly learning what exactly had happened, dealing with a TBI and her body broken, Harriet has a smile on her face today after facing some of the darkest demons ever to sit on one's shoulder.
