#3 Une bonne recette de boulettes

Ingrédients : 300 gr de boeuf haché, 150 gr d'agneau (ou alors que du boeuf haché), 1 oignon, de la chapelure, du persil haché, 2 gousses d'ail, une cuillère à café de cumin ou de ras el-hanout, 1 oeuf, huile d'olive.
Pour la sauce : du yaourt grec, du persil, un peu de curcuma, 1 gousse d'ail.
