Distilling the Power of Questions over Statements or Orders

Season 2, episode 59

Assuming something upfront from Behavior X is rash. ⁉️ Inquiring and Exploring is wise.  Want to know more about your internal processes? As a coach / parent, want to get closer to your athlete / child and ‘efficiently work’ to help him? The best road I know to get there is the one with QUESTIONS.

On this QBIO, not only is shared the power of questions, but more importantly, the intent and the stance one should enter while posing them (Hint: always curiosity...!)

It might seem trivial, but this episode is essential to E-W-S! Questions may very well be the main ingredients for a healthy relationship, for spurring athletic development, for respect and empathy.

So, do you have something to ask yourself? Someone in the team? Us, at EWS? Be at ease, and express yourself.
