AJ & McCall Drop the Mic on teaching fresh off of internship program 2.0. With our second set of interns moving on Producer Butterz, AJ & McCall had a long self-evaluation to figure out what they could do better to improve the program. Do they think they’re good teachers? What challenges does radio play in trying to teach new people? Producer Butterz also has to observer, criticize and teach AJ & McCall, how does he do it?
