AJ & McCall: Guilty Customer Service Debate @8

We’ve all been in that situation where the service hasn’t gone the way it should and we’re upset. Yesterday McCall got a little sassy with a customer service rep and has felt guilty since. Meanwhile, AJ had a call of his own that he got rather frustrated with and definitely raised his voice but doesn’t feel bad at all. Should AJ or McCall feel guilty for the Debate At 8 and what are your customer service horror stories?
