You can build a sustainable business even if you are a beginner in this business of wholesaling real estate. Although you'll see a number of people do wholesale real estate in multiple markets at once, this strategy is not the most sustainable way to do things. You will get checks that way but you will have to chase them every single month. My advice, if you want to do this business consistently is to focus on your market, focus on building agent and wholesaler relationships in that market, and connect to the power players in that market. Focus on building strong relationships in one market rather than going here and there to chase after deals. In due time, it will result in getting inbound and goodwill opportunities. Build enough relationships to get consistency. Be systemized enough to have a consistent and systemized day. Bouncing all over the place, will only exhaust you.
