In this episode I talk about how mountain biking can help when you are feeling burnt out, anxious, or overwhelmed - and how it can actually HARM you, too. Also, I explain the difference between "burn out" and "bore out" - how I work with my clients as a mental trainer on topics such as ride anxiety. Also, I share one of the methods that may help you look into what is driving you to ride mountain bikes and how mountain biking can become more purposeful and "therapeutical" for you. (See my health disclaimer below) Also, I address, why I believe that "the whole world" can profit from you stepping into your full authenticity 🤩

Health Disclaimer: When I refer to "burn out" in this episode and when I use the word "diagnosis", I am using them with " " signs around the word - because there is no separate diagnostic code for burnout, in other words, "burn out" is not (yet) included in clinical classification systems such as DSM-5 or ICD-10. Also: I am not a doctor and therefore cannot and do not aim to diagnose burn out with this episode. This episode (and my podcast in general) is for informational purposes only, and should not be taken as professional medical advice, it serves solely as self-help tool for your own use.
