Do you ever feel stuck in the proverbial mud? Living that one step forward and two steps back life?  So do we, everybody does. Even that friend living their best life on Instagram. The biggest question should not be "Why me?". Instead try "What can I do about this?" Take responsibility for the things you can change and find out how quickly your energy can mold your situation. This week's episode has Katie and Sheree sharing some of their own struggles and how they have learned to get out of that proverbial mud.
