It is impossible to move back to Lockdown Level 5. If so, there will be a high price to pay. The Reserve Bank of South Africa already highlighted the amount of stress, SA banks are facing. Moreover, our national debt, government deficit, aggressive borrowing, high unemployment and poverty are already at alarming levels. With a another Hard Lockdown, it will get ugly!
