Historiquement, les cafés suspendus "caffè sospeso" étaient offerts par les habitants de Naples aux soldats durant la Deuxième Guerre Mondiale. Le ticket de caisse étant suspendu au comptoir, le soldat pouvait entrer se réchauffer et boire un café. Bien des décennies plus tard, c'est ce concept qui a été repris par l'association Suspend'us , partout en Suisse Romande. Ecoutez sa directrice, Christine Richard
