Rencontre avec Moussa Dicko, " Humanitarian Access Advisor, au  World Food Programme Sahel. Il nous présente son travail de préparation et de médiation afin de permettre aux structures humanitaires d'intervenir dans des régions sous tension au Sahel.

Il est aussi membre du CCHN, Centre de Compétence en Négociation Humanitaire dont il nous présente le travail afin de préparer au mieux les personnes, les délégués humanitaires à faire face aux enjeux de communications sur des territoires difficiles.
