Gibraltar: conquerit per catalans i repoblat per menorquins. Segona part.

Els repetits intents dels borbònics per tal de recuperar Gibraltar forcen les autoritats angleses a cercar urgentment mà d’obra per fortificar i repoblar el penyal. Els nouvinguts seran la llavor de la futura micro identitat “llanita”: genovesos, jueus sefardites, britànics, andalusos, portuguesos, catalans, valencians, i menorquins. Aquests darrers són aleshores súbdits britànics, cosa que facilita la seva arribada.
