AJ is worried about the stairs to his basement but being non-handy isn't sure if he's making a big deal about nothing. Ajay attempts to advise him, and listeners, on their housing fix-ups. Since neither's house is perfect then it should be hosted somewhere else. Now, neither would invite themselves but someone has all the fixins for a perfect summer get together, so can they create a party out of thin air?
