Anxiety is an emotion that we all encounter along our life’s journey. Most of us don’t know how to identify it and treat it. It is no respecter of persons and affects the highest of achievers and those that seem to have it together.

Join me as I delve into this most important topic with Agi Heale, Professional Coach and Author of the seminal book Generation Panic as she helps us to diagnose when we have a panic attack, some strategies we can use to deal with it and the importance of having a personal coach to help guide you not only with getting over these attacks but becoming a better version of yourself. It will be a most engaging 38 minutes.

About Agi Heale:
Agi Heale is an experienced Certified Professional Coach, PCC & NLP Practitioner. She is the Founder of Westbourne Associates, where she runs coaching programs, assessments, and workshops for individuals and corporates to help clients feel calm, confident and ensure that they are operating at their best. Agi has written Generation Panic - published in May 2021, which is jam-packed with over 100 accessible and practical tools to combat anxiety. Agi has suffered from anxiety, and had a bout of panic attacks in 2014.
