Mike has been working at BuzzFeed since 2013. He has focused the last two years on shooting and editing content as a senior producer for the Ladylike channel, culminating in serving as an executive producer on The Empty Suitcase Show for Facebook Watch. He has produced over 250 videos for BuzzFeed across its multiple channels and platforms. Some of his successes include making the 4th highest performing video ever on the main BuzzFeed YouTube channel (with 41 million views) and two of the top-performing videos ever on the BuzzFeed Celeb Channel ("BTS Plays With Puppies While Answering Fan Questions" and "Emma Watson Plays With Kittens While Answering Fan Questions").
Mike's videos have been featured in publications such as HuffPost, Jezebel, Adweek, Upworthy, Yahoo, Harper's Bazaar, Vogue, AOL, and Entertainment Weekly.
Demonstrated within his work as a producer and editor, he is extremely comfortable handling tight deadlines, delegating tasks, and communicating frequently and effectively with a wide range of people. He works very well with others, approaches each new project with an energetic and open mind, and remains determined to see tasks to their completion.
Mike graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts double concentration in Modern Culture and Media, and Gender and Sexuality Studies.
