La méditation dure 28 minutes et se décompose comme suit:

_ Bois et 3 bols

_ Calme mental

_ Motivation

_ Corps de la méditation

_ 20 minutes de silence pour pratiquer l'enseignement avec un bol toutes les 5 minutes.

_ Metta ou dédicace

_ 3 bols pour finir
