At the end of the year, Google hast lost a significant proportion of usable valuable results. We don't talk about the spam garbage, we talk about actual valuable search results pages. It means that when you were searching something specific, the expected results were missing. Certain pages were not in the index and were not able to be returned, even though they were valuable.
