Jake is a graduate of the University of North Texas where he was a part of the jazz program and played lead trumpet in the renowned One O’Clock Lab Band. Jake recently earned a master’s degree in jazz performance from the University of Denver and was part of the vibrant music scene as top call for a variety of shows including Disney’s Frozen, Hugh Jackman The Showman, and the DKO ElektroHornz. He is currently on the first national tour of Escape to Margaritaville …but ironically we will not be sipping margaritas this week, but rather enjoying Jake’s classic bourbon Old Fashioned recipe!
