Une étude tout récente du NEJM présentée et discutée ici par François-Xavier Ageron et Perrine Truong : l'andexanet alpha, antidote aux anticoagulants anti-Xa, est-il efficace et sécure dans les traitements des hémorragies cérébrales chez les patients anticoagulés?
