Journal Club - Pre-Heart score et risque d'infarctus

François-Xavier Ageron et Perrine Truong présentent un Journal Club pour cette reprise. C'est une étude qui s'intéresse au Pre-heart score (Heart score modifié pour une utilisation en préhospitalier) qui est décortiquée. Est-ce que ce score permet d'exclure de manière sécuritaire le syndrome coronarien aigu aux urgences lorsqu'il est négatif?
