Lou Ciantar a fait ses premières scènes à Aix-en-Provence puis, à 25 ans, elle s'est installée à Paris pour suivre un cursus de deux ans dédiés à l'artiste en scène et en création au Studio des Variétés. Le Studio des Variétés c'est un peu le pendant de l’Actors Studio pour les artistes de la musique. Lou y a fait ses classes : cours de chant, travail scénique, conscience corporelle, écriture, composition...
