Malteries Soufflet fait une offre en vue de l’acquisition de United Malt Group

Malteries Soufflet, l’un des trois premiers acteurs mondiaux de l’industrie du malt et filiale du groupe européen agricole InVivo, a annoncé avoir fait une offre, non engageante, indicative et conditionnelle à United Malt Group Limited (United Malt), société cotée à l’Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) et quatrième producteur mondial de malt, en vue d’acquérir, sur la base d’un protocole d’accord.
