The term “entertainment” covers a wide spectrum of options and today we explore one of my favorites: BBQ. In particular the bbq that comes from the hands and heart of Joe Bernier of Angry Hog BBQ in Meredith, NH. Joe began his BBQ journey over ten years ago, creating new and exciting award winning sauces that are designed to complement any meal. After appearing on the Travel Channel with Adam Richman (yup THAT Adam Richman!), and several interviews in local media about creating the perfect BBQ experience, his passion for BBQ was ignited! And we talk all things bbq baby! Smokers, types of wood, his favorited bbq item, his time creating and selling his own sauces and then we get into his breaking news. He has partnered up with Twin Barns Brewing Company to sell his BBQ at their Lincoln, NH location. This is a BIG step up for him and we get all the details! angryhogbbq.com
