La Saison 4 des Maîtres de l'Horreur est un film omnibus signé Mick Garris (SLEEPWALKERS), Joe Dante (GREMLINS), David Slade (HARD CANDY), Ryuhei Kitamura (VERSUS) et Alejandro Burgues (JUAN OF THE DEAD). 

Jérôme et Thibault reviennent sur l'anthologie dans le cinéma d'horreur, la genèse du projet pensé comme un pilote pour un nouveau label, et chaque segment / réalisateur.
