With her time at Rosings coming to an end Elizabeth resolves that although she has a new found respect for Mr Darcy she is avowed never to meet him again

The letter that Mr Darcy gives Elizabeth prior to his departure gives Elizabeth much food for thought. She is grateful that she must return home soon and desperately wants to speak with her elder sister Jane about its contents. However she must remain mindful not to say too much as it makes some difficult reading for her sister.
