Mari is a friend, life coach and repeat guest for a reason. Her recent bout into sobriety intrigued me, as well as her latest campaign around mom-guilt, and we share some new goals as well as failures. We dive into her coaching community (The Crew) and by the end of the episode, I end up joining. I'm almost done with my one month experience in the Crew and I'll be on Mari's podcast soon to share my experience. Find her on IG at @mariwuellner and check out her new website at mariwuellnercoaching.com

*It's 2 hrs until the release of this episode and I'm still trying to figure out video. Thought I had it, but didn't! So, there's no intro this week and that's ok because #therulesarefake

Enjoy your week, be of use and go do something hard.
