Healing Guidance:
1. Get out of your head - stop replaying or reliving the conditions that created the pain which you carry. This is true self-torture. It is the pregnancy of unprocessed emotion.
2. Take responsibility for your pain - No matter how you obtained it, it is now yours to manage and release. No one can do this for you until you are ready to release it. Keep in mind, that while you carry it you may also project your pain onto others.
3. Feel your emotions - set yourself free by allowing the unprocessed emotions to surface allowing them their time to peak. Make sure you are doing so safely, even with the help of a therapist if the need arises. ( yell, cry, smash things (safely), talk, journal)
4. Channel the emotion into something creative - Once an emotion has been unlocked there can be access flow of it for a while. Do something with it to mold it into something positive or inspiring. Can you be of service to others? Create a business, hobby or project that allows the full expression of emotion.
