This week, we begin the dive into tools to help you keep yourself grounded in your day-to-day life. Done first thing in the morning and throughout your day, meditation is one of the quickest and most soothing ways to center yourself, drain excess energy, and find your footing on this plane. As a bonus, at the end of this episode, Sheree will share a meditation with you known as rooting. This meditation will be available separately, starting tomorrow, so that you can access it as you need it.
