We conclude with Things We Must Do With All Our Hearts by looking at Scripture.

Praise Him (Ps. 86:12)

Our praise to God must be demonstrative. It cannot be private or invisible. When people see it, they must know that you praise God. The word here means “TO THROW, HOLD OUT YOUR HAND.” We cast our care unto Jesus because He cares for us; the best way to do it is to praise Him.

Trust in Him (Prov. 3:5)

Trusting God means finding refuge in Him. We are confident He will not leave, fail, or forfeit us. Trust has a boldness to it. We boldly draw near to the Throne of grace.

“TO HIDE FOR REFUGE, BE BOLD” NEAR GOD

Believe in Him (Acts 8:37; Rom. 10:9-10)

To believe means to “BE PERSUADED, or TO COMMIT TO.” Our faith is anchored to God and expells all doubts about Him or His abilities. Faith cannot be half-hearted. When you commit, you are all in.
