Self awareness questions of the day :

How often do you take a moment during your day to pause and to say thank you for someone or something in your life that brough you joy ?

What do I wanna say thank you for ? In another words, what I am grateful for ? What happened to me today that brough me joy ? What made me smile today ? What made my day a little easier ? A little more comfortable ? What are some things that happened in your life recently you don’t want to take for granted ?

But it’s not just about WHAT it’s also about WHO :

Who do you wanna say thank you to ? Who is someone in your life right now you are grateful to have ? Who is someone in your life -or maybe in your past- who helped you feeling less alone, or less scared, or less sad at a time where you deeply needed support ? Who is someone who help you grow ? Who help you feeling seen and love and valuable ? Who is someone you can be your authentic self with ? Who is someone who gave you a compliment maybe or who’s helping you dealing with things hard to carry on your own ? Who is someone in your life you can talk about anything with and never judge you but always listen ? Who is someone you learned something from and you’re thankful you got these lessons ?
