Self-awareness question of the day : 

When for whatever reasons you’re not feeling good, do you have the tendency to lie about it to yourself or to the people around you ? Do you (or the people around you) tend to tell you sentences like « just smile, this isn’t a bit deal, you shouldn’t complain about this ».. ? Do you tend to pretend to yourself you’re fine when actually you are NOT fine ?
