I love a good Conversation about anything . I totally believe there is never a stupid question or worthless conversation . Its just my opinion . Life is an adventure with so many dimensions . Which makes it so intriguing , sometimes gut wrenching . Which ever way its worth it
I am just a Fitness nerd . Its all About being a living being with a purpose . The how to have that purpose and what that purpose is solemnly an individual choice . Lets hang out and try our best to make sense of it all if we can . I am just the Coach you know . I don't mind being called a fitness nerd. That's not what we will only be focusing on , we will talk about all there is to if we can . I mean it has to be geared toward our purpose of being . We are what our mind is and we will be where our minds take us .
My quest is to talk about venturing into that authentic self . Can we identify as such ?
