Of course EVERYONE would love some more sleep even if you were sleeping enough. AJ hasn't slept well and a friend suggested using white noise and even sent him a YouTube channel with it, but for some reason it sends chills up his spine and raises his anxiety. McCall likes it, but wouldn't listen to it. Who even likes the sounds of whales? With white noise ruled out, what actually helps you sleep? What's the, possibly, unusual thing in your bedroom that contributes to better sleep?
