Any remote or self contained refrigeration training 💯👍

Just curious why the 44 models are used in the training sessions?
I can only speak for the NYC Metro area but we have about 98% model 50’s in our locations. With using the 44 trainees get to see the fundamental single circuit soda recirculation but sometimes miss out on the dual circuit recirculating soda circuit.
Just curious why the 44 as opposed to the 50’s.

thanks great podcast 💯👍

Joe,

We use the 44 model to get a better understanding of how components work with 208volts. Better for learning multimeter. There are still quite a few out in trade. We also learn the ERC model in class as well. ERC (Electronic Refrigeration Control) utilizes one main board. We like to explain the differences between 44 and 50 a split system.  Thanks for your comment Joe and thanks for spreading the word about the podcast with BevTek technicians!

Thanks Mike, I guess for starting components on the single phase compressor it helps in the “How to test” process yes agreed.

Even though the 50’s only use the 3-phase for the compressor I see why the 44 is used for training.
Grest podcast! Keep up the good work👍
