  • Ruth Puente is the DIACC's Trustmark Verification Program Manager and has been involved in the Internet Technical Community (ICANN, RIRs and ccTLDs) for over 15 year. She has broad experience on international and multi-stakeholder cooperation models, Internet governance policy, digital identity management & standardization, Trust Frameworks & certification, innovation grant funding, and public affairs. Find Ruth on LinkedIn.

Andres Florido - Blockchain & Digital Assets National Leader, Deloitte

  • Andres leads Deloitte's Digital Asset Advisory practice in Toronto, serving as the Canadian Blockchain/Metaverse/Algorithms/Digital Identity leader for Assurance. Scott Perry - Principal, Crypto and Digital Trust Services, Schellman

  • Scott is a Principal at Schellman where he heads up its crypto and digital trust services. Scott is a recognized global leader in digital identity, blockchain, and verifiable credential governance and accreditation. He has worked with the world’s most respected SSL-certificate issuers, aerospace and defense companies, and government agencies such as the US Senate Sergeant at Arms and the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission. He is a Steering Committee Member of the Trust Over IP Foundation and Co-chairs its Governance Stack Working Group. He has authored and contributed to most of its governance and assurance publications.   2. Joni, can you give our listeners a brief history lesson on the DIACC and the PCTF - how they came about, their value proposition, who’s involved, etc.?

  3. Ruth, the DIACC’s Voilà Verified Program is something relatively new to the council. Can you explain the intent and goals of the program as well as the value proposition for organizations to get certified against the PCTF?

  4. Ruth, are there other certification programs that are happening either nationally or internationally that might be similar to the program that we're launching now? Just to give our listeners an idea of how it might compare to other things if they are out there.

  5. Andres and Alex, as representatives of the consulting and audit firm Deloitte, what type of value do readiness and assessments bring to a marketplace?

  6. Scott, could you briefly explain what prospective companies would need to do to prepare for audits under the Voilà Verified program?
